If you were born before the 90s, I'm sure you remember the 'Popeye' cartoons. This is Robert Altman's live action adaption of that story. Robin Williams and Shelley Duvall are great as the famous characters. It didn't fair well at the box-office (or with critics), but it's enjoyable and worth a watch.

Perhaps the funniest wedding scene in cinematic history, Blanche Baker does a marvelous job as an intoxicated bride trying desperately to make her way down the aisle. I nearly died when she yanked off her veil because she couldn't "see with this thing on". This is certainly a warning to all future brides; be careful not to take too many muscle relaxers on the big day.
