Denzel Washington (1954)
Denzel Washington never seemed to really be trying to cash in on his good looks. He took serious roles in films like "Glory", "Devil in a Blue Dress", "The Hurricane", and "Philadelphia". He definitely made the right decisions and he has two Oscars to prove it.
