One of the best television movies ever made, "Anne of Green Gables" (along with its sequel, "Anne of Avonlea") is a wonderful experience. Anne (Follows) is a strong-willed, bright orphan, who is taken in by a woman and her brother. Follows is terrific, so much so that she made this role her own (I've never seen a better Anne).
I heart Anne Shirley! Time for an Anne of Green Gables marathon. Minus the third one of course. Just the first two - like the Godfather!
